SIX WEEK NUTRITIONAL LIFESTYLE KICKSTART
LOSE 5- 10 LBS 


Included with the Challenge:

  • Receive a personalized calculation of macros needed to lose the target weight

  • Interface with your nutritional coach two (2x) per week via the ProCoach app

  • Access to top industry online nutrition software designed for daily check-ins and active communication with your coach. Using the software can result in a more successful journey to weight loss.

  • Receive two (2) food containers for measuring food portions.

  • Participants will also receive recipes for a healthy salad with salad dressing prep and lean protein recipes.


Steps for a Successful Weight Loss Journey

  • Sign up for the challenge at Reinvented Fitness

  • After signing up, immediately submit your bodyweight data along with your name to Isabel@anewmenutritionalcoach.com or Christa@reinventedfitness.com. This step is essential to allow your coach enough time to calculate your macros.

  • Participants will receive an invite to join the online software. Communication with your coach is a vital step in the challenge, and online software is the most effective way of doing so.

  • Within 7 days before the start of the challenge, we will take a set of "before" pictures that will be used to measure the visual progress of each participant's weight loss.

  •  Your coach will take the second set of pictures during the third week of the challenge and a final collection of photos during the sixth and last week.


Additional Information: 
The participants of the challenge will be divided into two groups to communicate with the nutritional coach. Since each participant will be contacted twice per week, the coach will contact one group on Monday and Thursday and the other group on Tuesday and Friday. All communication will be done via the ProCoach app.

Dates: January 6th - February 20th
Cost: $199
Goal: Lose 5 to 10 pounds in 6 weeks
Limited to 12 Participants

Participant Requirements:

  • A desire to succeed and commit to a healthier lifestyle.

  • Submission of accurate body weight at time of registration.

  • Daily updates of food portions in the supplied software app.

  • Daily posts of pictures in the supplied software app.

  • Meal Prep as designated by your nutrition coach.

  • 1 Burn class per week (minimum)

  • 3 Kickstarter group HIIT classes on Sundays as designated below:

    • First on Sunday 1/9 (meeting to follow)

    • Second at the 3 week mark 1/30

    • Third at the end of the final week 2/20 (meeting to follow)
