Battle of the Decades is a unique competition where you will first compete in 3 wods within your own decade.

​

The winner of each decade will then move on to compete in the final wod against each winner from all the decades.

 

Weights will be modified if necessary for each decade to level the playing field.  

This is an individual comp for both men and women with Scaled and RX divisions.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: June 13, 2022

 (Price increase after June 1st to $135)

All competitors will receive a swag bag.

Podium Winners will receive prizes.

 

SPECTATORS​

• Spectators must RSVP in advance as space will be limited.

• The spectator fee is a donation of $5 (under DROP-IN FEE) to the Center of Hope and Safety.

• To RSVP to your spectator spot click on the "SPECTATOR" it will take you to the Spectator Class where you can contribute with your $5 donation at the moment of RSVP.
