CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Ready to try one of our classes?

WOD (Power/Lean) - Functional movements that push you beyond your limits. 

Two modalities in class: Power or Lean - Your choice which to follow. 

LEAN - Objective: Get lean fast and improve heart health.

POWER - Objective: Training to build your body into a peak performance machine.

BODY  - Is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick,

intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. No Weights No Barbells.

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING  - Focuses on technique,

positions, and weight lifting. Includes accessory work to strengthen lifts.

 

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING - A training system that prioritizes quality of movement over intensity. Bodybuilding and controlled methods of movement are used to help athletes fulfill their ‘function.’

This methodology is beneficial to athletes because it can enhance performance. For non-athletes, it helps them look good, move well and gain mental clarity.

 

GYMNASTICS CONDITIONING AND TECHNIQUE - In this Specialty Class, we will go over skills in

gymnastics that are building blocks for many other skills. With a mix of conditioning exercises.

BURN - 60 Minutes of Cardio Endurance at Intervals - either bike, rower or skier or a combination. Programmed to melt the inches away and build your cardio endurance.
