4 Weeks - September 13th to October 4th

Each week you will learn the key components to enhance your gymnastic skills. The workshop is comprised of instructional sessions with demos and practical hands-on learning.
*Classes are not workout sessions.*

Week 1

Week 2

  • • Strict Hand Balancing and Basic Tumbling

  • • Strict Hanging Movements

Week 3

  • • Dynamic Hand Balancing

  • • Dynamic Swinging

Week 4

  • • How to Scale Workouts Effectively

  • • Benchmarking, Review, Taste of Advanced Gymnastics
